چکیده
The benefits of exposure to nature for health and well-being have been demonstrated across multiple disciplines. Recent work has sought establish one ‘dose’ or type that is universally beneficial, which proven difficult. We use the principles psychopharmacology look beyond dose as a concept prescribing nature. Instead, we posit multidimensional model bioavailability shift focus universal effects, instead consider relationship between dynamic, changeable heavily contextual. propose interactions constructed through understanding route administration, concentration. By delineating mechanisms benefit derived from behavioural interaction (through being, doing living), administration may be highly variable not just between, but also within, individuals. concentration being meeting subjective aspects individual qualities at specific time place. ‘green equation’, mapping processes pathways belie person their environment. Here, nature/health association dynamic interaction, operationalise this within construct bioavailability. provide an overview testable summarise with preliminary evidence well research agenda future.
